Reporting an issue and receive free rides!
If you experience any issue, click on the "Report issue" button bottom right on a map or select "report issue" from My Account screen.
This is how it works if you want to report an issue:
- Open the FlickBike app.
- Select report an issue.
- Scan the QR-code of the bike you want to repot.
- Choose the type of issue.
- If you want, you can take a picture of the issue.
- Add comments if you wish.
