Reporting an issue and receive free rides!

If you experience any issue, click on the "Report issue" button bottom right on a map or select "report issue" from My Account screen.

This is how it works if you want to report an issue:

  1. Open the FlickBike app.
  2. Select report an issue.
  3. Scan the QR-code of the bike you want to repot.
  4. Choose the type of issue.
  5. If you want, you can take a picture of the issue.
  6. Add comments if you wish.
